2. Products & Fulfillment Curated Elements curates products from third-party supplier partners. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers. Product availability, shipping times, and packaging may vary by supplier.

3. Pricing All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.

4. Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided by our suppliers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier or supplier issues beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability Curated Elements is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party suppliers or carriers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
