Processing & Shipping Times Orders are processed and fulfilled by our supplier partners. Please allow 7-14 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Delays Curated Elements works with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by suppliers or carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at curatedelements@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with our supplier to resolve the issue.
