Refund policy

At Curated Elements, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at curatedelements@yahoo.com.

As we work with supplier partners, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

We do not accept returns on final sale items.
